Amanda's prison diary pages released to the press

Amanda Knox kept a diary in prison shortly after her arrest. Her diary was confiscated by the police. Part of the diary was released to the public. The media ran salacious headlines in regard to Amanda's writing. You can read more about the media coverage here. In reality, the diary shows how young Amanda is. She writes about daily life in prison. She writes how she is angry that the police lied to her about Patrick and that she is happy that he is released. The pages do not reveal any really important information. It just highlights the media's attempt to destroy the credibility of Amanda Knox. It is hardly the "disturbing diary" that the media portrayed it to be.
